Reflection on Creative Process for Logo and Title Card

 

When I was thinking about what kind of logo I should do for my film production, it only took around 30 minutes to come up with and complete my idea. I wanted the logo to represent myself and what brings out my best vibe and it's nature. So I thought about a tree and incorporating vines circling around it so it brings the sense of calmness and closeness. The title also came easy to me because since I will be making my first film it makes it a growing production and goes perfectly with the logo's idea of spreading leaves( movies) under one corporation (circled vines). The font for Growing Films regardless was going to be some form of cursive because it's how I write and cursive is a beautiful style of writing. 

For the stop motion video, my whole idea was to copy off the design made on Canva. I used the brown paper because it allowed for the branches to attach nicely to the leaves. I decided to use two different colors of green like the picture above and use a black marker for the cursive like font. The vines that were used to form the circle around the tree were from Michaels and is plastic vine used for decoration. The app I used to create this video was Stop Motion an app that allowed me to pause and play freely and continue recording on one recording.
